Council is an AI-powered mentorship platform that provides simulated advisory conversations using artificial intelligence. All mentor personas are fictional representations powered by AI and do not represent real individuals or their actual views.

3. AI Disclaimer

All responses generated by Council mentors are produced by artificial intelligence. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for important decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for matters requiring expertise.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Council.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI model behavior
• Share account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially
• Abuse rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Council is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
